The goal of QRGs is to provide end-users with guides that
provide them important processing information in a format where the
end-user can quickly locate the information at a glance to continue
working.
Hands on Exercises
Hands on exercises utilize industry specific exercises that
have been customised on a customer's own SAP® IDES training system for end-user

We offer a full board train-the-trainer program to our

experts who can provide effective training. Our Train-the-Trainer
course offers full coverage of not only Adult Learning Theory, but also
includes lessons on course development, classroom management, and SAP®
specific training approaches.
Project Management
Terra Firma also offers a full suite of project management
